My approach to teaching adult classes is that everyone comes to an art class with different experiences, desires, and expectations. With that in mind, I have a basic curriculum in mind set for that particular class in the description (for example, "Introduction to Drawing") and each student addresses this on his or her own level and I can teach to that level specifically for that student. Some are hobbyists, others want a hard-core program, and with a class not ever larger than 7 we can accommodate everyone. .
